Fee Schedule

1. TRANSACTION FEES

XchangeOn employs a 30-day, volume-based, maker/taker fee model. Fees are recalculated daily based on each user’s trailing 30-day trading volume (USD equivalent).

Tier30-Day Volume (USD)Maker Fee (Sell)Taker Fee (Buy)
10 < 1,000,0000.200%0.200%
21,000,000 – < 3,000,0000.185%0.185%
33,000,000 – < 8,000,0000.175%0.175%
48,000,000 – < 20,000,0000.165%0.165%
5≥ 20,000,0000.155%0.155%
  • Volume Calculation:
    • Every executed trade (buy + sell) is converted to USD at the time of execution.
    • The rolling 30-day sum sets your tier.
  • Maker vs. Taker:
    • Maker Order: Limit order that adds liquidity (entered into the order book, not immediately matched) → Maker Fee applied upon eventual fill.
    • Taker Order: Market order or immediately matched limit order that removes liquidity → Taker Fee applied on execution.

2. DEPOSIT FEES

  • Virtual-Asset Deposits:
    • 0% (XchangeOn does not charge; user pays only the blockchain’s network/miner fee).
    • Funds credited once on-chain conformations complete.
  • Fiat-Currency Deposits (USD, AED, etc.):
    • XchangeOn won’t charge a deposit fee.

3. WITHDRAWAL FEES

Applies to:

3.1 Virtual-Asset Withdrawals: Every crypto withdrawal incurs:

  • Blockchain Network Fee (Miner Fee), which is:
    • Determined by the underlying blockchain (e.g., Ethereum gas, Bitcoin network fee)
    • Varies in real time with network congestion and gas prices
    • Displayed on the withdrawal page once the user selects network and amount
    • Each asset has a platform-enforced minimum withdrawal threshold (ensures network fee does not exceed transfer value)
  • XchangeOn Service Fee (Flat per Token/Chain), which:
    • Covers operational and security overhead
    • Is token-specific (e.g., a fixed small fee for BTC, ETH, USDT)
    • Is displayed alongside the network fee at withdrawal

Real-Time Fee Display: When you initiate a withdrawal, XchangeOn shows: (i) Selected Network (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, BNB Smart Chain), (ii) Minimum Withdrawal Amount (per token/network), (iii) Current Network (Miner) Fee (wallet → on-chain), (iv) XchangeOn Service Fee (if applicable), and (v) Total Deduction (sum of both fees). The user must explicitly confirm the total fee before broadcasting the withdrawal.

3.1.1 Common Asset Examples (Illustrative; always refer to withdrawal page for live values)

BTCBitcoin Mainnet0.00011 BTC~ 0.00001 BTC
ETHEthereum Mainnet0.001 ETH~ 0.0004 ETH

BNBBEP-20 (BSC)0.00021 BNB~ 0.0002 BNB
MATICPolygon (Matic)10 MATIC~ 0.1 MATIC
  • Multiple Networks: Certain tokens (USDT, USDC, ETH, etc.) exist on several chains (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, …). Each chain has its own minimum and network fee. Always verify you selected the correct network before confirming.
  • Fee Adjustments: XchangeOn may alter default fee suggestions during extreme congestion or temporarily disable a network if fees become uneconomical. Users see any changes before finalizing.

Failed/Incomplete Withdrawals: If a withdrawal fails (e.g., insufficient gas), XchangeOn may cancel and credit your account—minus any non-refundable on-chain gas used. Always ensure your withdrawal amount exceeds the minimum and that the network fee is adequate for timely confirmation.

3.2 Fiat-Currency Withdrawals (USD, AED, etc.)

  • Fee: Variable, depending on:
    • Fiat currency being withdrawn (USD, AED, …)
    • Destination bank and jurisdiction
    • Transfer speed (e.g., same-day vs. standard)
All fiat withdrawal fees are shown upfront before confirmation.
  • Third-Party Bank Charges: Any correspondent or beneficiary bank fees are the user’s responsibility.

4. FEE TIERS & WITHDRAWAL LIMITS (AED-BASED VIP MODEL)

XchangeOn rewards higher assets under management (AUM) and trading volumes with steeper fee discounts and higher withdrawal allowances. Fee tiers recalculate daily at 4:00 PM UTC using:

  • AUM Calculation:
    • Snapshot of all crypto and fiat holdings is taken at 4:00 PM UTC daily.
    • Crypto balances are converted to BTC using the day’s BTC middle price = (open + close) / 2.
    • Then converted to USD, and then to AED.
    • The higher of the current value or the 30-day average AUM sets your AUM.
  • 30-Day Volume Calculation:
    • Each spot trade over the past 30 days is converted to BTC at execution time.
    • Then converted to USD using the BTC middle price of that day, and then to AED.
    • AED-denominated trades are recorded at AED value at execution.
    • The rolling 30-day sum, refreshed daily at 4:00 PM UTC, determines your volume.
    • Once your tier is determined, it applies to all sub-accounts and is inherited at 4:00 PM UTC.

  • Maker & Taker Definitions:
    • Maker: Limit order that is added to the order book without immediate fill → lower “maker fee” upon execution.
    • Taker: Market order (or limit order that fully/partially matches existing orders) → higher “taker fee” on the notional executed.
  • Fee Recalculations:
    • Daily (4:00 PM UTC): AUM snapshot + rolling 30-day volume sum.
    • Fee & Volume Dashboard: Users can view real-time tier status and corresponding maker/taker fees.
  • 24 h Crypto Withdrawal Limits:
    • Regular & VIP 1 – 4: 3,500,000 USD per 24 h.
    • VIP 5 – 8: 35,000,000 USD per 24 h.
    • All withdrawn amounts count toward this cap in USD equivalent; remaining allowance resets every 24 h.

  2. Fee Adjustments & Advance Notice:
    • XchangeOn reserves the right to adjust any fees (maker, taker, deposit, withdrawal) or tier thresholds at any time.
    • Standard fee changes are announced at least 7 calendar days before taking effect.
  3. Transparency:
    • All applicable fees—trading, deposit, withdrawal—are displayed in the UI at the moment of confirmation.
    • No hidden or extra platform fees beyond those clearly shown.
  4. Failed Transactions: If a withdrawal fails due to insufficient network fee or on-chain congestion, XchangeOn may cancel and credit your account, minus any non-refundable gas spent on the attempted transaction.

Key Takeaway:

  • Higher AUM or 30-day trading volume → Steeper maker discounts (down to – 0.01%) and improved taker rates (as low as 0.20%).
  • Crypto withdrawals combine the blockchain’s network fee + a small XchangeOn service fee, fully transparent at withdrawal.
  • Fiat deposits/withdrawals may incur nominal fees, always shown before confirmation.
