ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS POLICY

This policy explains how XchangeOn delivers communications to you electronically. We may update this policy at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. We will notify you of any changes at least thirty (30) calendar days before they take effect.

1. Electronic Delivery of Communications:

You consent to receive, via electronic means, all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) related to your XchangeOn account and use of our Services. These Communications include, but are not limited to:

  • All terms and policies you agree to (e.g., this Agreement, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and other policies posted on the Platform), including any updates;
  • Account information such as details, history, transaction receipts, confirmations, and other transaction-related records;
  • Legal, regulatory, and tax disclosures or statements that we are required to provide;
  • Responses to claims or customer support inquiries you submit regarding your account.

XchangeOn may deliver these Communications by:

  • Posting them on the Platform;
  • Sending them by email to the primary address you have on file;
  • Sending them via instant chat; and/or
  • Delivering them through text message or mobile push notification.

2. Hardware and Software Requirements:

To access and retain electronic Communications, you need the following:

  • A device with internet access;
  • A modern web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (e.g., Internet Explorer 9.0+, Firefox 3.6+, Chrome 31.0+, or Safari 7.0+) with cookies enabled;
  • A valid email address (the primary address registered with XchangeOn); and
  • Sufficient storage space to save Communications or a printer to print them.

3. How to Withdraw Your Consent:

If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, contact us at support@xchangeon.io. If you withdraw that consent or fail to provide it, XchangeOn reserves the right to close your account immediately or impose additional fees to send you paper copies.

4. Updating Your Information:

It is your responsibility to provide and maintain a true, accurate, and complete email address and contact information. If XchangeOn sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your email address is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your provider, or otherwise unreachable, XchangeOn will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.

You may update your email or other contact information by logging into your account and visiting the settings section, or by contacting customer support atsupport@xchangeon.io
